From time to time, questions arise regarding the ownership and leadership of Kelley & Rege Properties, Inc. In the interest of clarity and accuracy, we would like to formally address this matter.

Kelley & Rege Properties, Inc. was founded by Evelyn Kelley and Paul Rege. Following the passing of Evelyn Kelley in 2004, Paul Rege is the sole owner of Kelley & Rege Properties, Inc. At no time has any other individual held an ownership interest in the company.

Peter Kelly was employed by Kelley & Rege Properties, Inc. as a sales agent for a number of years. During that time, we supported his professional growth and career development in the real estate industry. Mr. Kelly is no longer affiliated with Kelley & Rege Properties, Inc. and does not represent the company in any capacity.

Mr. Kelly has since formed a separate and independent business, Kelly Group Properties, which is not associated with Kelley & Rege Properties, Inc., past or present.

For accuracy, we wish to clarify that Mr. Kelly has never been an owner, partner, or principal of Kelley & Rege Properties, Inc.
