Once the pre-screening is reviewed and approved, you will be invited to schedule a private tour of the apartment.

After viewing the apartment, if you decide you would like to move forward, an application will be sent to you by email. The application includes a standard credit and background check, along with proof of income, identification, and rental history.

  • Background and registry checks
  • Your income must be three times your current rent amount
