Kathy is my personal hero. We went from know-nothing hopefuls to first-time homeowners in under six months, and this is primarily due to Kathy's expertise. On our very first phone call, she asked about our price range, family structure, lifestyle, etc. and immediately recommended the town we are now living in, Whitman. We didn't even consider it at the time and continued to look elsewhere. Ultimately, she earned an "I told you so" because we're now living in the town she initially recommended and we're so happy. There is a lot to love about Kathy, but the most important quality for me is her honesty and forthrightness. I hate, hate, HATE when people BS me, so Kathy's penchant for giving me the real scoop (even if it didn't necessarily benefit her) made me want to sing from the heavens!
