There are still some good signs for Milton Real estate housing market.
Many People have there opinions on the state of the housing market in each town, but the easiest way to understand current and future condition is to monitor the movements in the real estate absorption rate. This is mathematically, this is the measurement of current housing supply divided by the current rate of sales, this gives you the mouths of supply. For Milton this number is going down there is as of January 12th, 2012 per MLS service there is a 4 month supply for single family homes.
