Re. Commendation for Fran Jeffers and Ed Largey

Dear Paul,

This letter of commendation and appreciation for Fran Jeffers and Ed Largey is long overdue.

During the entire process of listing, staging and selling our home on Centre St. last spring, Fran and Ed did a superior job of advising, guiding and handholding through every step of the process. In particular, Fran’s knowledge of the Milton market helped us to price the house competitively, stage it to show it’s best advantages and accomplish all the necessary work in preparation for a buyer’s home inspection. We came to value hers and Ed’s expertise in all aspects of selling the property. Their professional advice enabled us to have an accepted offer within 3-1/2 weeks of listing. In short, the list of things that we could thank them for is long.

Since this was in fact the 6^th house we have sold, including 2 corporate relocations, we are not novice home sellers and our commendation and thanks to Fran and Ed is the highest that we could give. Our regard for them as friends now is equally high and even though we have relocated to our retirement home on Cape Cod we sincerely hope that the friendship continues for many years.
