According to the Chinese calendar, 2011 is the Year of the Rabbit.  It's supposed to be a peaceful year, conducive to artistic pursuits and good time for thinking, study and - are you ready for this? - investment.  All the economic reports and forecasts I hear are pointing to an improvement in the economy and real estate market in 2011, and that's in line with my belief that there has never been better time in my entire career to invest in real estate.

So my wish for all of you for 2011 is that you take time out to look inward, rediscover your energy, and then immerse yourselves in the moment of every new day and make it better than the ones behind you.  And most of all, embrace what is new, take ownership of the new ways of doing business, and have the best year of your life and career that you've ever had.
